Street and Foot Bridges over the Lateral#4 Canal

Paul Medlin and Twainhart Hill wrote a presentation for the city to review requesting repair and maintenance for the 4 street bridges and 3 foot bridges that cross the Lateral #4 canal from College to Sunrise. This will be presented before the new Blight Committee after April. The focus is to keep with the color scheme of the art deco masonry which is a part of the Virginia Trail.
